FAQs

To register for a tournament:

1. Select 'Play’ on the main menu bar and select “Tournament” to go to the tournament page.
2. You can choose a number of tournaments to join, and they are filterable by Game, Tournament format, etc.
3. On clicking on any of the tournaments, you will be brought to the “View Tournament detail” page, which includes all the information you need to know about the tournament.
4. Click on the “Join Tournament” button, and follow the corresponding steps to register you/your team.

Note: If the Join tournament button is not available, it is no longer open for registration.

All information regarding tournament is available within the tournament detail page.

You may check-in yourself or your team by clicking the 'Check In' button on the tournament detail page once available. Check-In button will only be available after the Check-in start time has passed.

Players/teams failing to check-in will be automatically removed from the tournament. Please ensure you account for check-in times when registering for a tournament.

Match can be accessed through 'Matches' in the Profile page, found on the drop-down menu at the site navigation bar on the top right of the platform. You can follow the steps below:

1. Go to Matches, in the profile drop-down menu.
2. The Matches will display all your matches, including ongoing matches, completed matches and upcoming matches.
3. If you cannot find the match you are looking for, please try refreshing the page.

Note : For team matches, only the Team Captain who registered for the tournament will be able to view the match, and access the match room.

Players can refer to the instructions provided in the match room and the view tournament detail page. You may also raise an issue in the Match Room or Tournament view page by clicking “Report an issue”.

To submit your score, follow the steps below:

1. Go to Matches in the profile drop down.
2. Choose the match you want to submit the score on.
3. In the Match Room, go to the scoring section.
4. Enter the score accordingly. (Make sure to enter the correct score according to the match results.)
5. Upload the screenshot as required.
6. Click Submit score to confirm the score.

Note : For team matches, only the Team Captain who registered for the tournament will be able to view the match, and access the match room.

LPL has subscriber-only tournaments, which require an active LPL subscription to participate in. These tournaments are also based on divisions and rankings, so players will have to climb the ranks of the tournaments, ascending the divisions as below:

1. Open division
2. Amateur division
3. Evolution division
4. Challenger divisions
5. Professional division

LPL tournaments are based on divisions, with every tournament being specific to a season and division. Players will have to climb the divisions of the season, ascending the divisions as below:

1. Open division
2. Amateur division
3. Evolution division
4. Challenger divisions
5. Professional division

Every player/team will have an individual division rating by game, and promotions between divisions will only happen in between seasons. Players will only be promoted if they have performed highly during a season within their own division.

Depends on the circumstances. We DO NOT refund entry fees for Tournaments if players cannot attend/are withdrawing from the tournament. We DO refund Tournament entry fees for cancelled tournaments by Tournament Organizers OR the site administrators.

Cancelled tournaments will refund the entry fees within 24 hours of the cancellation to your LPL wallet.
