Once you have keyed-in the in-game ID, select the top-up amount, put in the email ID you want to send the notification to, and hit ‘Confirm Purchase’. Voila! You’re all set to go!
How do I buy a voucher?
For all the amazing vouchers, check out the “Shop” section on LPL . You can buy a voucher from the shop by simply selecting the voucher item you want to buy. The voucher(s) will be sent to the email ID provided at the time of making the purchase. You should receive the game voucher(s) on email within 24 hours of purchase. Once you receive this, please enter the voucher code in your game app to top-up your account.
What can I do if I don't receive the game vouchers or direct top-ups after I have successfully paid for them?

Why am I not able to purchase from the shop?
Please check if you have sufficient LPL Coins balance to purchase an item from the LPL “Shop”. If your balance falls below the amount of the game asset’s payable amount, you are required to reload your LPL Coins before making the purchase.
How can I top-up my friend’s game account?
You can top-up your friend’s in-game account by clicking the ‘Direct Top-Up’ tab inside the “Shop” section and selecting the game you want to do a top-up for. Now simply key-in your friend’s in-game user ID/Zone ID (if applicable), select the pack you want to purchase and hit the ‘Confirm Purchase’ button. The LPL Coins against the purchase will be deducted from your account.
Can I ask for a refund or exchange for any game item(s) purchased from the LPL Shop?
Sorry, all digital products and game top-ups made using coins within LPL are non-refundable/non-exchangeable and cannot be converted to cash.
