LPL, in association with Revolut, is offering all LPL users a chance to be awarded free credits and/or premium offerings as set out below (Promotion). All LPL users must follow the terms and conditions set out below (Terms and Conditions) to be eligible to enter the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

To be eligible for this promotion, you must be a resident of New Zealand or Australia and 18 years of age or over at the time you apply for a Revolut account. You will also be required to have:

(a) A valid user account on LPL’s platform at https://gg.letsplay.live (LPL Platform);

(b) A valid, approved account with Revolut in your legal name; and

(c) Completed at least one eligible transaction through your Revolut account.

Entry and continued participation in the Promotion is strictly subject to and dependent on your compliance at all times with all relevant eligibility criteria and these Terms and Conditions.

The Promotion will commence on Wednesday 19 June 2024 and expire on Friday 12 July 2024 (Promotion Period). LPL reserves the right to extend or shorten the Promotion Period at its sole discretion, subject to relevant State or Territory regulations.

(a) 1,000 LPL Tokens credited to your LPL Wallet that may be used to either purchase items in the LPL Shop or be put towards a Premium Subscription on the LPL Platform; and

(b) three months Premium membership from Revolut for free.

During the Promotion Period and on having satisfied the eligibility criteria, each New Zealand resident LPL User will receive:

(a) 1,000 LPL Tokens credited to your LPL Wallet that may be used to purchase items in the LPL Shop or to put towards a Premium Subscription on the LPL Platform; and

(b) NZ$15 funds deposited into your Revolut account.

The 1,000 LPL Tokens will be credited to your account within 48 hours of you being confirmed as an approved Revolut account holder and you having completed at least one transaction through your Revolut account.

All rewards credited to you through the Promotion are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. You may not request cash or any alternative compensation in lieu of the rewards. LPL and Revolut accept no responsibility for any tax implications relating to the acceptance of any reward. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or other fees associated with receiving the rewards and you should seek independent financial advice accordingly. You indemnify LPL and Revolut against any such taxes, duties, or other fees in their entirety

LPL’s decision regarding eligibility, or Promotion participation criteria is final and binding. To the extent that a situation or issue arises for which these Terms and Conditions make no provision or in relation to which the relevant terms and conditions are unclear, LPL reserves the right to make a decision regarding such situation or issue which is not inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.

LPL reserves the right to verify your eligibility and disqualify/not honour any participant who fails to satisfy the required eligibility criteria at any time, at LPL’s sole discretion subject to relevant State or Territory regulations at all times. You warrant to LPL that any information provided to LPL in the course of completing the eligibility process, online or otherwise, will always be accurate, correct and up to date.

LPL reserves the right in its sole discretion to the fullest extent permitted by law to modify, change, extend, withdraw, remove or cancel the Promotion at any time subject to any directions from any relevant authority, if a Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as anticipated due to any reason beyond our reasonable control subject to relevant State or Territory regulations at all times. To the furthest extent permitted by law, LPL and Revolut are not liable for any financial loss (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damage, personal injury or death, and direct or indirect loss or damage) arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the Promotion or any failure or inability of a participant to take advantage of the Promotion for any reason.

LPL endeavours to display all information correctly, however LPL reserves the right to correct any errors in respect of the Promotion at any time. Unless otherwise specified the Promotion offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer from LPL or Revolut. LPL reserves the right to end the Promotion at any time subject to relevant State or Territory regulations. LPL and Revolut are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered or claimed (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damage, personal injury or death, and direct or indirect loss or damage) by you in relation to entering or participating in this Promotion or taking or using the rewards offered

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

(a) LPL means Lets Play Live Media Limited (NZBN 9429046372529); and

(b) Revolut means Revolut Payments Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 21 634 823 180)

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of New South Wales. The Courts of New South Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions.
